The Dragonborn is one of the most popular races in Baldur’s Gate 3, and they can perform many different roles in your party and work well with many classes. You might not be as excited about romancing characters while looking like a big lizard (or maybe you are, no judgment here), but the Dragonborn is awesome to behold and will serve your protagonist well if you play as one.
The Dragonborn are dragon humanoids with no relation to Skyrim. While they lack tails and wings, they still share some of the powers of their mighty ancestors, including a potent breath weapon and resisting certain elements. The Dragonborn can be descended from the evil Chromatic dragons or the good Metallice dragons, but that doesn’t necessarily influence their alignment or attitude toward life.

With the recent compromise with Microsoft that will allow Larian Studios to bring Baldur’s Gate 3 to Xbox Series X|S, the studio has now confirmed that the critically acclaimed RPG is expected to release on Xbox by the end of 2023.
Now is your chance to relive the cult movie classic Texas Chain Saw Massacre in all its gory glory. This new multiplayer asymmetric horror survival game pits you as either a Victim or a member of the ruthless Family, a group of senseless murderers who delight in killing for sport.
The hype around Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3) and its success is drawing players across the globe to the game. Many players are concerned if they will enjoy the game if they do not have any experience with Dungeons and Dragons or Baldur’s Gate games. But if you want to dive into the game with a little more context about what happened in the previous Baldur’s Gate games, we are here to help.
Baldur’s Gates 3 has been a massive success on PC and it looks like the PlayStation 5 version will also be a big hit, but what about Xbox players? The good news is that the game is now confirmed for Series X|S, but with one caveat. The Series S version will not have split screen but will include cross-save with Steam.

When you enter Baldur’s Gate for the first time in Baldur’s Gate 3, there will be several refugees who are arriving in the city after the army of the Absolute rushes toward the city. Tensions are high everywhere, and one particular man, Arfur Gregorio, is extremely anxious about what he’s keeping in his basement.
Those who have been inspired to start a Dungeons & Dragons campaign after playing Baldur’s Gate 3 can now use the city as the location for their story for no extra cost, as the Baldur’s Gate Gazetteer is now available for free on D&D Beyond. This supplement fleshes out the city, giving you a helpful framework for planning out an adventure there.
Baldur’s Gate 3 hasalready dazzled fans with its scope, and the degree to which it supports player creativity. You can improvise melee weapons — throwing rotten food, shoes, and even companion characters. You can also fill your pockets with just about anything you’re strong enough to carry, and make some outrageous plays by placing those items strategically. One of my personal favorite aspects of the game’s freeform item aesthetic is the made-up class fans call a “barrelmancer,” someone who collects flammable barrels, then sets them off to create a daisy chain of explosions.
Baldur’s Gate 3 has taken players by storm, offering a cast of intriguing companions to journey with. But what if we told you that their development path could be steered in entirely new directions? Thanks to the ability to respec, exploring alternative character classes for each companion is possible. By exploring alternative classes, you breathe new life into their stories and unveil hidden layers of their personalities. The power to reshape their destinies is in your hands, waiting to be unlocked with each choice you make.
Like many of the melee-focused classes, the Monk in Baldur’s Gate 3 has a variety of ways to become a helpful asset in a battle. How you play your character might be unique, there are several Feats you should consider taking when you’re building a Monk character.
Feats are powerful abilities unlocked every four levels in Baldur’s Gate 3. These can be used to enhance a character in many ways. With over 40 to choose from, players have near limitless freedom to craft not only the perfect character but the perfect party. Deciphering which Feats are worth taking is easier said than done, however.
