Animal Crossing: Everything New in October 2023 (Bugs, Fish, Seasonal Items)

The reveal of LEGO sets marks a promising new building-block venture for the series, and one of the most exciting aspects is the ability to see characters come to life in minifigure form. Villagers and other NPCs have always been a major draw for the series, with a wide variety of cute characters featuring unique and memorable personalities to create charming and meaningful interactions across the games. Luckily, they translate well to the LEGO style, with the chunky minifigure bodies working perfectly and a series of distinct molded heads capturing their cartoonish shapes.

These Animal Crossing collectible toys look too cute, feel great, and have been discounted in the wake of Prime Day Round 2.

The newly revealed LEGO sets bring a beloved Nintendo property to building block form, translating a variety of iconic characters, locations, and elements to the world of LEGO. Initially announced through a teaser showcasing minifigure designs for some characters, the crossover has managed to generate plenty of excitement among franchise fans. The full slate of sets isn't yet available for pre-order or purchase, but the availability of designs, prices, and release dates makes it easy to prepare for the upcoming launch of the LEGO line.

Last week, Nintendo and Lego revealed that they're collaborating on a new Animal Crossing set which is due to release in March of next year. Fans have long asked for this set to be made a reality, but now that it's here, many are poking fun at how it looks.

Back in August we heard a rumour that LEGO Animal Crossing sets were being developed and that has turned out to be true. There are five sets and they have designed to fit together as once big scene.

Almost a week after making every Animal Crossing: New Horizons fan's dream come true, Lego has revealed more details about its next Nintendo collection. 

Following the confirmed existence of a Lego and Animal Crossing collaboration last week, Lego has revealed there are five sets which will be released in March 2024.

This week saw the launch of two new Switch bundles courtesy of Nintendo. 2023 marches on and Nintendo continues to refuse to confirm or deny if there will be a new console coming in 2024. That might be due in part to the studio still having a lot of Switch-centric stuff coming through the end of the year and into 2024. Not just loads of new games, but also new editions of its current console. In fact, after being revealed almost exactly one month ago, two of those new limited edition consoles are available right now.
