Alone in the Dark – Exploration and Puzzles Showcased in Extensive New Gameplay

Creative Assembly has announced the release of a new major update for Total War: PHARAOH. The update, titled High Tide, is being accompanied by patch 1.1.0 of the game, as well as a launch trailer. that you can check out below under the full patch notes.

Alone in the Dark, the highly-anticipated reimagining of the classic '90s horror game, is officially up for preorder with a release date of March 20. You can choose between a Standard Edition of the game, which will set you back $59.99, or a Collector's Edition, which comes to $199 but is strictly limited to 5,000 units, so is selling out fast. Billed as a reimagining of a classic survival horror franchise, the upcoming Alone in the Dark has turned a few heads each time it’s been shown off so far, and in the lead-up to its launch in a couple months’ time, developer Pieces Interactive and publisher THQ Nordic are continuing to offer more glimpses of what the game will have in store.

Obsidian Entertainment debuted some new details and gameplay for Avowed to kick off the Xbox Developer_Direct ’24. Players take on the role of the Envoy of the Aedyr Empire, who ventures to the Living Lands to investigate a magic plague. There’s plenty to discover, including a secret related to the player’s character.

Publisher THQ Nordic and developer Pieces Interactive have released a new trailer for Alone in the Dark introducing Derceto Manor.

Another Code: Recollection is perhaps the best kind of remake. It takes two well-liked yet obscure graphic puzzle adventures in 2005's Trace Memory for DS, and 2009's Another Code: R — Journey Into Lost Memories for Wii (which never launched in the U.S.) and gives them a graphical and mechanical overhaul to make them readily available to a new audience.

The character trailers for Tekken 8 continue, with Bandai Namco showcasing Lee Chaolan in the latest. Aside from Tekken 3, Lee has appeared in almost every Tekken game. Raised by Heihachi Mishima, he now opposes Kazuya’s tyrannical quest for world domination. Check out his moves below.
