The heroes of Trine have returned for Trine 5: A Clockwork Conspiracy. Amadeus the Wizard, Zoya the Thief, and Pontius the Knight are back for a new installment that promises our three Heroes their most action-packed journey yet.
As a pair of troublesome nobles attempt to cause chaos with their army of clockwork soldiers, it's up to this intrepid trio to thwart them using an array of new skills. Trine 5 promises more puzzles than ever, but it's up to you to decide how you want to solve them. You won't be corralled into single solutions - instead, you'll be able to use a full arsenal of tools however you want, and whatever combination of heroes you want to play as.
That's thanks to Trine 5's online and local co-op, which allows between one and three friends to drop in or drop out of the action at any time, regardless of platform. Once they're in, your party can decide whether to venture forth as a variety of Heroes or opt for a more simple roster - all-Wizard run, anyone?
If you'd prefer to play solo, that's an option too, with the same complexity of puzzles, whimsical world, and beautiful, detailed 2.5D backgrounds that bring the world of Trine to life, no matter how you choose to play. While the Trine series' fifth installment comes more than a decade after the Heroes' first outing, don't worry if you're a newcomer to the series; you'll be able to dive straight in without missing out, and enjoy everything that world of Trine has to offer.
But that's not to say that this is just the same old Trine; All-new systems will let you practice your favourite skills, improving them until they're perfect; multi-phase boss fights will test your abilities; and a new puzzle system changes depending on how many players are in the game at once, keeping the game fresh through multiple playthroughs.
Trine 5 is available right now on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.

I had assumed that the Like a Dragon formula could only thrive in the Japanese settings inspired by Tokyo, Osaka, and Yokohama, but after having a 20-minute hands-on with the game at Tokyo Game Show I can confidently say that the series’ signature streetfighting and silliness has stayed strong in its switch to a sun-kissed Hawaiian island without missing a beat - or indeed a beatdown.

Despite not even one month elapsing since it was launched, Starfield is already being lauded as the game of the year by many, with high critic scores and rave reviews from players.
Starfield was comfortably No.1 across Europe during its launch week, GSD data shows.

I never watched the original Gargoyles animated series, but I've been on the internet for long enough to know that it's a cult favourite for being a Disney show with surprisingly dark themes. I also know that its video game adaptation, released in 1995 for the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive, was a 16-bit platformer with a similar appeal to other Disney games of the period like Aladdin and The Lion King.
I can't believe that critics gave it such a low score. This is 10 out of 10 experience for me. Literally every frame is overflowing with loveI can't believe that critics gave it such a low score.
