As promised, developer Weta Workshop and publisher Private Division have premiered the debut trailer for Tales of the Shire: A Lord of the Rings Game, their upcoming life sim title, showcasing glimpses of its cozy setting, art style, core mechanics, and more.
Set in the Hobbit town of Bywater, Tales of the Shire will put players in control of their life as a Hobbit. That will involve befriending and deepening bonds with the Hobbits living around you, engaging in activities like foraging, fishing, tending your garden, and cooking, and decorating your home with a variety of different options in furniture, interior customization options, and more. Throughout the game, changing seasons will also bring changes to the landscapes of the town of Bywater. Check out the trailer below for more details.
