Owning a Starfield penthouse has one notable downside: you risk losing everything if the property is stationed in New Atlantis.

Starfield is a massive open world that is itching to be explored, but a lack of maps, especially for its established cities, can make it a pain to navigate. No such headache is more prominent than in New Atlantis, previously confirmed to be the biggest city Bethesda Game Studios has ever made. But if you're getting lost venturing New Atlantis, there's a mod that finally adds a map into the city.
Spotted by PCGamer, modder JustOkayGamer has created a mod that adds a map of New Atlantis inside the city. The maps replace the billboard advertisement stands found across the city. As you can see in the image below, the map's inclusion is akin to seeing one of those directories you approach at the mall when you need to find something.
It's based on a game map of New Atlantis made by Wojtek Antonowicz, a Game-Maps.com contributor. If you don't want to install the mod for any reason, however, you can also check out IGN's interactive maps; we, of course, have one for New Atlantis that includes information from collectibles, map markers, and much more.
In less than three weeks, Starfield has become a big hit for Bethesda, with the game hitting 10 million players since it came out on Sept. 1, making it the biggest game launch in the studio's history. Since its release earlier this month, players have ventured off into the Settled Systems, from discovering hidden Skyrim references, building ships that make it impossible for the AI to hit, and using an absurd amount of potatoes to show off the game's physics.
In our review of Starfield, which we awarded a 7 out of 10, IGN said: "Starfield has a lot of forces working against it, but eventually, the allure of its expansive roleplaying quests and respectable combat make its gravitational pull difficult to resist." If you are starting your journey into the Settled Systems, IGN has a bunch of guides, including a list of the best mods, best traits and backgrounds, and a list of all the Starfield Item IDs if you plan to use cheat codes.

Without getting too deep into spoiler territory for those who haven't played much Starfield yet, there's a quest line in the main story involving temples. The first temple has a sort of puzzle inside that takes a few minutes to figure out, and there's a nice reward at the end of it.
Starfield director Todd Howard has said that Starfield was intentionally made to be played for a long time.
Starfield director Todd Howard says that Bethesda's sci-fi RPG was «intentionally» designed to be played for a long time and that he expects to still be working to update the game for the next five years.
Bethesda boss Todd Howard says Starfield was designed and built for longevity, even more so than RPGs like Skyrim or any of the modern Fallouts, with the studio already considering how the game will evolve for years and years to come.
Bethesda's CEO, Todd Howard has addressed some of the cut content in . The space ARPG was already an ambitious title, with a vast galaxy of over 100 planetary systems, and over 1000 planets — both handcrafted and procedurally generated — to explore, but Howard's recent comments suggested that exploring them could have been a more challenging task for players with resource management being more at the forefront of the game in its earlier stages of development.
Starfield is filled with locations for players to discover organically. Whether they’re completing missions or simply exploring the game’s universe has many enticing cities and settlements to stumble upon. However, some seem more obvious than others.
Starfield modders are taking patches into their own hands, and they've already found hundreds of issues needing attention.
This has genuinely got to be one of the more baffling bugs I've seen in Starfield. It all starts with a few isolated incidents of players being followed by their own pet rocks—asteroids somehow bound to their ships. Here's a couple of examples from Reddit users ReverendRoo and Ultimastar.
Bummed that your Starfield character's beard doesn't look nearly as lush and masculine as you'd like it to? Well, worry no more over patchy stubble, because this absolute hero has just raised the bar—or more specifically, the texture resolution—for Starfield beards.
Starfield may have over 1,000 planets and moons but it has precisely zero local maps, a choice that starts out confusing and becomes a frequent annoyance. Trying to find your way around the sprawling city of New Atlantis or the winding walkways of Cydonia would be infinitely easier if you could pull up a map to figure out where you're going and drop a pin so you can more easily find your way to your destination.
Cloud Strife is cool, but he’s not. He can fight people on the back of a sexy motorcycle and yet he fumbles when he tries to talk to women. He’s tortured, but barrels forward with his convictions regardless. Cloud Strife contains multitudes, and I would argue that nothing embodies this vibe more than him riding a segway.
