Each stage in will contain several Sparkle Gems, key collectibles that are required to challenge the game's many bosses. These Gems are often hidden in sneaky ways, which is especially true for the Ninja Peach levels. Collecting every Ninja Sparkle Gem will require sneak-attacking guards, prowling over rooftops, and collecting Gem Fragments during high-speed wall-running sequences.

Nintendo has released a demo for Princess Peach Showtime! on the Nintendo Switch eShop.
“In the free demo of the single-player action game players can experience the Swordfighter Peach and Patissiere Peach transformations,” the company said in an announcement.
“Swing, strike, dodge, and counterattack as Swordfighter Peach and cut across an action-packed stage. Then, turn into Patissiere Peach and get ready to whip up an array of delectable desserts to prevent the Sweet Festival from experiencing a serious sugar crash.”
