Microsoft Employees Are About To Lose Their Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscriptions

The final few Wave 2 games coming to during the remaining weeks of November 2023 have been revealed. There aren’t many titles to choose from seeing as only three games will be joining the service in the next two weeks, but the highlight of the selection is the day one release of Persona 5 Tactica.

Xbox Game Pass is an incredible subscription service if you’re on the latest-generation Xbox Series X/S platforms. The collection of games that suddenly opens up with this service is fantastic if you want to avoid picking up games individually. Best of all, we know each month, we’ll get two waves of free video games that are added into the mix. However, it’s worth noting that you’ll also find that this collection of games will not stay forever. Instead, games leave the subscription regularly. With each wave of games that are added to the service, we’re also given a heads-up on what games are leaving.

It looks like Dune: Spice Wars will be available on Xbox Game Pass for console and cloud later this month.

Xbox served North American Xbox users with a full-screen Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 pop-up ad on Thursday, to mark the start of the game’s campaign early access period.

Sony announced a slimmer, lighter refresh of the PlayStation 5 last month, bringing new design changes that help the console shed its bulky signature. The PS5 slim, which now comes with redesigned side panels that allow you to add a detachable external Ultra HD Blu-ray disc drive to the digital edition of the console, is set to release this month. While Sony has not announced an official release date, both disc and digital editions of the new PS5 slim will reportedly go on sale November 10 in the US and could arrive in a Marvel's Spider-Man 2 bundle. Now, the PS5 slim disc edition is seemingly getting bundled with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, too. According to a Call of Duty news portal, the upcoming shooter from Activision is set to be bundled for free with the console.

Developer Shiro Games and publisher Shiro Unlimited have announced that open-world tactical RPG Wartales is out now on Xbox Series X/S, as well as Windows through the Windows Store. As part of the release, the game is now also available through PC and Xbox Game Pass. Check out the Xbox release trailer below.
