Searching after this step lets you start a chat or call during Nintendo Support's business hours to send a refund message.
While this worked for a player in the English Americas, you may have to send a different message if your region isn't the same. As long as you are clear about the failings of the game with a message, you shouldn't have any issues having your money sent back. Managing to get a refund for could let you spend it on another title or save it until this game is fixed.
