Honkai: Star Rail Leak Shows Gameplay for Version 2.0 Boss

A Honkai: Star Rail leak is teasing the potential in-game appearance of rumored upcoming character Sam, expected to be introduced to the game in a future update. The recent launch of the HoYoverse sci-fi RPG's Version 2.0 update has brought plenty of new content to the game, aside from the debut of Penacony. Version 2.0 introduces three new playable characters to Honkai: Star Rail with Black Swan, Sparkle, and Misha coming alongside new areas to explore and new puzzle-solving mechanics. A new leak could now potentially be teasing rumored character Sam's addition to the game.

A recent LEGO Fortnite leak reveals a load of content, including new enemies and tools, that will allegedly be added in the future. As part of its partnership with LEGO, Fortnite has brought a permanent mode that focuses on survival and crafting rather than gunfighting. It has a similar gameplaywise to Minecraft, requiring players to collect natural resources, establish a base, and craft weapons to survive generic enemies. As in Mojang's blocky sandbox game, players can build virtually anything in LEGO Fortnite using its construction mechanics.

Grand Theft Auto 6 is set to release some time in 2025, with developer Rockstar Games announcing the much-awaited title via a trailer late last year. The GTA 6 trailer, which has 174 million views on YouTube at the time of writing, came out December 5, showing off shiny visuals, a dense and detailed Vice City, and a Tom Petty song that has since experienced a 37,000 percent increase in its Spotify streams. But hours before Rockstar was forced to actually put out the trailer, it leaked on the Internet. Now, the CEO of Rockstar owner Take-Two has said that the leak was “disappointing.”

Take-Two’s CEO Strauss Zelnick has recently commented on the GTA 6 trailer leak, revealing that it was a disappointing event, but it did not hurt the development team. Grand Theft Auto 6 is one of the most eagerly awaited games in the world right now, and this is the first time the CEO has publicly revealed his thoughts about the leak.

A Honkai: Star Rail leak has revealed the amount of treasure chests players can collect in the Penacony world. In version 2.0, Honkai: Star Rail will increase the size of its map by adding an explorable realm that consists of vibrant areas. There, players will not only take on new story missions but also come across formidable enemies.

Honkai: Star Rail has given players their first look at the Penacony-based duo, Robin and Sunday, in a trailer dedicated to update 2.0. In the next version, Honkai: Star Rail players will travel to a brand-new location, Penacony, to meet interesting NPCs and take on challenging encounters to progress in the story. As revealed by the developers, they will also navigate through different regions of this planet to find treasure chests that include valuable loot.

Honkai: Star Rail recently unveiled the drip marketing of the new character Aventurine, confirming his rarity, path, and element. Although Honkai: Star Rail's Aventurine has been featured in plenty of leaks thus far, details surrounding the character's backstory have always remained a mystery. Players barely know anything about him except for the fact that he is a member of the Strategic Investment Department, an influential organization that operates on Jarilo IV and Penacony planets.
