Humble's new Spaced Out Bundle packs interstellar RPGs, shooters, and survival sims that will tide you over until Starfield.

We're mere weeks away from Bethesda's massive space RPG Starfield, but you can indulge your cosmic wanderlust right now with Humble's Spaced Out bundle. The bundle includes some of the best space-based of recent memory--all set on weird alien planets and abandoned space stations--along with a few DLC packs to keep you busy until Starfield drops.
The bundle comes in three different price tiers, starting at $10 for the outer space survival sim Breathedge and the humorous exploration-focused shooter Journey to the Savage Planet. This tier also includes a 55%-off coupon code for Journey to the Savage Planet's Hot Garbage DLC.
The middle $15 tier includes the previous items, plus three more games, including Obsidian Entertainment's excellent RPG The Outer Worlds. Of all the games in the bundle, this one is the most likely to scratch your Starfield itch. The $15 tier also includes the oddball adventure game from the creators of Rick and Morty, Trover Saves the Universe, and the highly-rated indie puzzle game The Entropy Center.
If you pay at least $30, you get the full bundle which includes all the items from the previous tiers, plus yet another humorous space adventure from Rick and Morty's creators, High on Life. This tier also adds The Outer World Expansion Pass, which includes the Peril on Gorgon and Murder on Eridanos DLC packs.
If you do the math, that's roughly $244 worth of games and DLC for as little as $30--though you can always pay more. Like other Humble Bundle deals, part of every Spaced Out game bundle purchase goes to charity. Proceeds from the Spaced Out bundle go to Covenant House--which provides shelter, car, and resources for people experiencing homeless and human trafficking--and Charity: Water, which provides clean water and sanitation to underprivileged regions around the world.
Humble's Spaced Out Game Bundle is available through September 6--which, coincidentally, is also Starfield's release date. All keys purchased in the bundle are redeemed via Steam.
Speaking of Starfield, you can save on your Xbox or PC preorder right now. Make sure to check out our Starfield preorder guide for details about getting early access starting September 1.

PlayStation Plus is getting a price hike soon. Sony has confirmed plans to raise the prices for its PS Plus yearly subscriptions, starting September 6, across all three tiers. The news was buried underneath their monthly blog post, which lists the new free games coming to the service. As D-day nears, the base PS Plus Essential plan will cost $79.99 (about Rs. 6,611) for a 12-month subscription, going up from the current $60 (about Rs. 4,959) price tag. Due to regional pricing, however, Indian prices should be significantly lower — currently, a yearly plan of PS Plus Essential costs Rs. 2,999 in the country. The increase hasn't been announced in INR, so to get a good estimate, I think it'd be best to compare it to the Japanese cost, which will soon rise to JPY 6,800 (about Rs. 3,850).
Starfield, Lies of P, Payday 3, and Mortal Kombat 1 are all featured in the event.
The Day Before, Fntastic’s zombie survival MMORPG, was pulled from Steam due to trademark issues surrounding its title. Now, after several months away from the platform, it appears that the developer is prepared to rename the game and has filed a trademark application for a new title.
